Contract Term and Minimum Total Cost
The minimum total cost for ADSL2+ plans over the contract term are calculated as:
(ADSL2+ contract tem) x $(ADSL2+ monthly access fee) + setup (where applicable) + modem & delivery fee (if required) + VoIP Deposit of $20 (applicable to ADSL VoIP plans only)
Early termination fees will apply.

Other terms
The monthly access charge is billed in advance each month. Payment can be made via credit card or direct debit.
The 256/8GB, Ultimate Unlimited 256 and Ultimate 512/25GB assigns dynamic IP addresses to the subscribers of those plans. All other plans come with a static IP address.
Peak times are from 9am to 4am; off-peak times are from 4am to 9am, with the times being calculated as the customer’s local time.
If the monthly download quota is exceeded, speeds will be shaped to 64k/64k, for the period in which quotas were exceeded. That is, if quotas were exceeded for peak usage, then speeds will be shaped during peak times; if quotas were exceeded for off-peak usage then speeds will be shaped during off-peak times.
